Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Print Production Manager based in Scoresby, VIC. The Print Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end print production process, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing production schedules, supervising printing operations, optimizing workflows, and addressing any production challenges. The role requires a hands-on approach to production management and guarantees that all outputs align with organizational standards and client expectations. QualificationsStrong understanding of Print Production, Printing, and Print Management processesExperience in Print Production Management and Production ManagementExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to collaborate with vendors, staff, and stakeholders effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to ensure quality standardsProficiency in resource allocation, budget management, and achieving cost-effective solutionsUnderstanding of the retail marketing and promotional materials industry is advantageous
