We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Internal Technical Sales professional. This role will be responsible for directly contributing to the achievement of AAES Revenue Growth and Margin Improvement targets. It will also work closely with the Technical Sales Team and act as a liaison with the Operations Team. What You’ll Do Follow up on sales quotes, obtain approvals, and drive sales growth. Prepares quotes for internal technical repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Negotiate and close sales deals while supporting Service Sales and Operations teams. Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement. Assist with on-site coordination and perform additional tasks as required. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ experience in a similar internal technical sales role preferred. Undergraduate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering can apply. Knowledge of roller shutters is an advantage. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems. Why Join Us?
