My client is an established and well-known business within the hardware industry. They are a global business located in the South Eastern suburbs, and they have an excellent reputation for quality products and customer support. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to their Victorian team. As the Product Marketing Manager you will gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with Engineering to deliver a winning solution. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the market road map for the channel and understanding the competitive landscape. The role will have the following responsibilities;Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities within Wholesale, Retail and Online.Manage the front end of the product development process from exploration through to feasibility.Analyse, collaborate on and champion proposed solutions for market needs and opportunities.Develop pricing and promotion strategies for products to meet revenue and profitability goals.Develop and execute product commercialisation plans covering launch and growth phases of the product lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience required;Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Demonstrated success defining and launching superior products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a permanent position, and base salary will between $130K - $145K plus super.
