This role will focus on both IT and OT. This is a hands on functional role that will see you responsible for: Managing and administering Linux systemsBuild and configure bespoke Linux SystemsDay to day support of the Linux environmentMentoring staff membersManaging OT devices (SCADA / EPICS)Python and BASH scriptingMonitoring and improving system operations To be considered for this role you must hold Australian Citizenship along with the ability (or already have) NV1 Security clearance. Aside from this we are looking for: 5 + years in Linux engineering rolesRHEL or Debian expertiseStrong Linux configuration skillsScripting expertise (Python / BASH)Experience in Windows and Linux mixed environments Since this is a role working with operation technologies it would be beneficial if you also have: SCADA or EPICS experienceMoxa Serial ConnectorsStrong networking background On offer to the successful candidate is a long term contract role of 12 months with rates based on your skills and experience.
