Activ8 Group is a growing print and branding business delivering high-quality digital print, large format signage, decals, stickers, and marketing materials for businesses across Australia.

We are looking for a Digital Print / Signage Production Operator to join our team and assist with the day-to-day production of print jobs, finishing work, and dispatch.

This role is ideal for someone with basic print production experience who wants to further develop their skills in the print and signage industry. Training will be provided on large format printing equipment for the right candidate.

Your Role

You will play an important role in our production team, helping ensure print jobs are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Print Production

• Operate digital print machines for day-to-day production

• Prepare print files and materials for production

• Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet company standards

• Assist with large format printing (training provided)

Finishing & Signage Assembly

• Trim, cut, laminate, and finish printed materials

• Apply vinyl and assist with signage production

• Prepare decals, stickers, signage, and marketing materials

• Ensure finished products meet quality expectations

Packing & Dispatch

• Pack completed orders for shipping

• Book freight and organise courier collections

• Prepare orders for delivery and distribution

• Maintain clear labelling and dispatch processes

Warehouse Support

• Assist with stock management and print materials

• Maintain a clean and organised production environment

• Assist with receiving deliveries and organising materials

• Support the production team where required

Skills & Experience
Essential

• Basic experience working in digital print, signage, or print production

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work in a hands-on production environment

• Good organisation and time management skills

• Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Desirable

• Experience with large format printing

• Experience with vinyl application or signage production

• Experience with laminators, cutters, or finishing equipment

• Experience packing and dispatching orders
