About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Technical Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers and the external sales team by providing technical product advice, preparing quotations and managing sales enquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate information, timely responses and a high level of service.
Working closely with sales and operations, you will help drive sales growth and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation
Support the external sales team with technical and commercial enquiries
Liaise with internal teams regarding product availability and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate customer information within CRM/ERP systems
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
Experience in inside sales, technical sales or customer support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
