Step into an Impactful Product Developer Role in an established Australian owned and operated business!

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, detail-driven Product Developer to join our fast-paced production team. You’ll work across some of our most exciting and iconic streetwear brands – bringing bold creative visions to life.

This is your opportunity to work alongside our founder and head designer, playing a crucial role from concept through to sample handover. If you're a powerhouse in production coordination with strong technical and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Technical Development

• Build tech packs using Excel and Illustrator/Photoshop.

• Set up and double-check print artworks before passing them on to suppliers.

• Send tech packs to suppliers and coordinate SMS (salesman samples) and PP (pre-production) timelines.

• Participate in creative meetings with our Head Designers and Creative Director.

Data & Workflow Management

• Enter and maintain all style details in GRID/CAD and production schedules.

• Ensure accuracy and updates across development and production systems.

Supplier Communication

• Liaise with overseas suppliers daily to send and receive comments on fits, fabrics, strike-offs, handlooms, lab dips, trims, etc.

• Track sample timelines and keep product progress visible for key stakeholders.

• Coordinate SMS samples for sales and marketing, ensuring everything’s ready for photoshoots.

Sample Room & Library Maintenance

• Keep the sample room organised and samples accounted for.

• Manage and maintain the fabric, trims, and accessories library.
