Why You’ll Love This Role Join the team as an IT Systems Support Technician and make a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the Kieser Australia network, helping team members with M365, core systems, and in-house software. You’ll also work closely with the Product Owner and development team to keep operations running smoothly while based in the South Melbourne Support Office with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. What You’ll Do Provide first and second-level technical support for M365, Logic / Logic+, Kieser Konnect, and other IT systemsManage and resolve support tickets efficiently while maintaining clear documentationAssist with administering the M365 tenancy, including user accounts, security settings, and application supportDeliver level 1 support for in-house software and collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and enhancementsMonitor system performance, identify issues early, and carry out routine maintenance and updatesSupport the creation and delivery of user training for M365 and Kieser applicationsDevelop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentationWork closely with IT, development, and operational teams to understand needs and communicate updates to usersThis is a full-time position, 38 hours per week. $77,000 per annum + superannuation.
