Due to continued expansion and strong project demand across key sectors, we are seeking a high-performance Hunter-style Business Development Manager to join our Port Melbourne team.
This role reports directly to the Head of Security Sales, with visibility and strategic alignment through to the General Manager.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a dynamic, driven, and commercially focused Business Development Manager. You will excel if you thrive on:

As a true hunter, you will know how to position value, influence decisions, and drive growth across the electronic security and healthcare technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Victoria
Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare, utilities, manufacturing, government, and commercial sectors
Promote our portfolio of Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and Nurse Call Systems
Develop, manage, and forecast a high-quality sales pipeline
Work collaboratively with internal technical, project, and service delivery teams
Represent Austco Services professionally at client meetings, tender briefings, events, and industry forums
Engage with Consultants and senior decision makers
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Contribute to broader strategic growth plans across the Austco Health Group
About You
You will be a strong fit for this role if you are:
A proactive hunter with a proven track record in B2B solution selling
Experienced in Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, or Technology Integrations (mandatory)
Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, operations managers, procurement leads, healthcare executives, and technical stakeholders
Skilled at identifying customer pain points and creating tailored technical proposals
Highly organised, articulate, and strong in presentation and communication
Motivated by success, autonomy, and strong financial incentives
