We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, determined and professional Business Development Manager to join our sales team. Thriving on achieving results for the company and enjoy our flexible, yet focused business ethic and environment, this position is to cover the areas surrounding East, South East and surrounding areas focusing on both current and new Agents while growing the business.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be:

1. Able to identify, cultivate and close prospective sales opportunities within your area.

2. Maximise opportunities by identifying core needs of our clients

3. Effective time management 

4. Ensuring your pipeline is full by maintaining cold calling to drive sales results

5. Effective business ethic in return calls, follow ups and promise keeping

6. Effective reporting ethic in relation to all client contact and sales progress

7. Effective use and management of our CRM

8. Effective reporting mechanisms to Management team

9. A work ethic that demonstrates a perfect balance between grit and grace!

Essential requirements of the role:

1. Proven success as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role

2. A current driver’s license
