About the Opportunity
We're chasing a hands-on Driver & Distribution Lead to keep Melbourne's corporate offices stocked with coffee, milk, and consumables.

You'll spend about 60% of your time on the road delivering across the CBD and UBD, with the rest supporting warehouse operations like stock handling, preparation of delivery runs, and vehicle loading. As the Lead/2IC, you'll also work closely with the Distribution & Warehouse Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, based in Port Melbourne, starting from 4:00am, perfect if you like your afternoons free.

The Role

You'll be zipping around Melbourne CBD and UBD delivering fresh coffee beans, milk, fruit, and dry goods to corporate clients.

• Hands-on role – you'll be loading and unloading crates (approx. 20kg), stocking fridges, and using FIFO (first in, first out) walking onto sites to deliver all the way to the client's fridge.

• Start early (4:00am) at our Port Melbourne – beat the traffic and enjoy the city at its quietest.

• You'll be done with your shift around midday so you can have the afternoons to yourself!

• Load the van, hit the road, and keep our customers stocked and smiling.

• Local runs only – no long-haul, no overnights.

What We're Looking For

• Manual or C class driver's licence (Forklift licence a bonus).

• Fit for the role and a safe approach to manual handling.

• Experience with delivery driving, warehousing, or hospitality supplies a plus.

• Confident with basic computer systems such as MS Office and delivery and inventory systems.

• Great time management – you'll be trusted to work autonomously.
