You will work to secure land for home building packages and drive growth by aligning our homebuilding capabilities with prime land opportunities. This is an exciting role for someone with a strong network in the development sector who can take ownership of land sourcing and deal-making.

What you'll be doing

Land Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and source prime land opportunities for residential development by networking with developers, landowners, and real estate agents

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with land developers, planners, and local authorities to identify future land acquisition opportunities

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to assess land value, development potential, and local market trends to guide decision-making

Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with developers, landowners, and key stakeholders to secure land opportunities on favourable terms

Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, construction, and design, to package land opportunities into desirable home building offerings for our clients

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of land acquisitions, relationship status, and market trends
