The Opportunity In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Bullivants portfolio while supporting to deliver on a compelling customer offer and value add approach. With experience in the industrial space and expertise in lifting and construction, you will work alongside the Sales Team to identify opportunities to convert leads with your proactive approach. Tasks Of The Role Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined marketProactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customersDevelop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targetsSupport at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaignsActively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs Some Of The Skills Required Previous BDM or Sales experienceDemonstratable experience in an industrial environment (preferably cranes or construction)Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presenceAbility to foster meaningful relationships with customersA forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customersHigh level written and verbal communicationA full, unrestricted Australian drivers license This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Braeside. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel across Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
