What You'll Do: Prepare plants and equipment for formulation by following available Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where in place and using sound judgement and initiative in situations where SOPs are not yet established. Carry out formulations as per the Job Sheet specifications. Adhere to all general safety directions for the workplace and those outlined in the Job Sheets. Ensure all plant and equipment used in the formulation process are in safe, working order. Perform regular and routine maintenance on equipment when necessary. Identify and address performance issues, conducting investigations, and managing risks. What You'll Bring: Previous experience in formulation within an ag‑chem or chemical manufacturing environment. Valid forklift licence. Ability to work with ambiguity while still ensuring best‑practice safety standards. Ability to lift up to 25 kg as part of daily duties. Understanding of handling dangerous goods, including flammables and poisons. Strong drive and motivation to meet KPIs and production targets.
