Due to continued growth, we are looking for 1–2 Nurse Product Educator / Clinical Sales professionals to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a multi-faceted role combining clinical education, customer support, technology implementation, and sales.
You will play a key role in both supporting existing clients and driving new business growth across aged care facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Conduct outbound calls to generate new aged care opportunities
Arrange and attend meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, FMs, CCCs, RNs)
Present Valui solutions with clear clinical and cost-saving outcomes
Convert trials into long-term supply agreements
Build strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders
Clinical Education & Support
Deliver education sessions (on-site & online) on:
Incontinence management
Product selection and correct application
IAD prevention and skin integrity
Demonstrate correct use of Valui continence aids
Support facilities with product trials and evaluations (e.g. 3-day trials)
Assist with continence assessments and product allocation
Provide ongoing clinical support aligned with best practice
Systems & Implementation (Key Focus Area)
Lead the rollout and adoption of Valui Cortex (AI platform) in facilities
Support staff in using Cortex for:
Clinical documentation
Workflow efficiency
Real-time decision support
Train clients on our eCon system for ordering, allocations, and cost control
Support onboarding from trial → implementation → long-term integration
Essential:
Experience in aged care or continence management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Important (Hybrid Role):
Comfortable with sales and outbound activity
Interest in healthcare technology (AI / systems)
Ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers
Self-driven and proactive
Base salary + commission structure (rewarding both new business and growth of existing accounts)
Clear pathway into Senior roles
Exposure to AI-driven healthcare technology (Valui Cortex)
No weekend work
