About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing facility in Keysborough, Victoria. As a casual team member, you will play a vital role in the production process, contributing to the efficient and timely delivery of our high-quality products. What you'll be doing

1. Perform a range of production tasks, including assembly, packaging, and quality control

2. Operate various machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment

4. Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets

6. Identify and report any issues or defects to ensure consistent product quality

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the Assembly & Process Work industry

2. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

3. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Forklift/MR License could be advantageous but not necessary.
