As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role

In this role, you will focus on developing new B2B customer relationships while supporting the growth of our expanding product range, including warehouse consumables, packaging materials, logistics supplies, and additional product categories as the business grows.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced and growing organisation.

Successful candidates must be available for immediate commencement.

Immediate commencement is required as soon as possible, however start date is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Develop new B2B customers including warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, and wholesalers

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base

Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

Sales & Account Management
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment

  • Provide customer insights to support product development and business growth

About You
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (experience in warehouse supplies, packaging, or industrial products is highly regarded)

  • Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience is required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

  • Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships

  • Basic computer skills (Email, CRM systems, Excel, etc.)

  • Valid Australian driver's licence

  • Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
