  • Collate information from estimators, project managers, and technical staff, including methodologies, pricing, programs, and technical responses

  • Format, style, proofread, and quality check submissions to ensure they are compliant, professional, and visually engaging

  • Maintain bid templates, project profiles, staff CVs, standard responses and image libraries

  • Apply project photography, graphics, and visual formatting to improve submission presentation

  • Assist with sustainability, social procurement, community engagement, and local participation content for tender responses

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Create and publish social media content, project updates, staff stories, company news, and marketing material

  • Support award submissions, presentations, industry functions, events, and promotional activities

  • Assist with maintaining consistent brand presentation across documents, marketing material, and digital content.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good visual judgement for layout and document presentation

  • An interest in marketing, business development and brand presentation

Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design tools would be highly regarded.

Why join us:
