Administration / Data Entry – Engineering Consultancy

Location: Boronia VIC
Full Time  | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Statewide Geotechnical (Aust) Pty Ltd is an established engineering consultancy providing geotechnical services to architects, engineers, developers and local government. We are involved in a wide range of projects from residential developments to major infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to support our operations team and assist with day-to-day office administration at our Ringwood office and laboratory.

We will be relocating to Boronia in the very near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the operations team with project administration

  • Reception duties including answering phone calls and managing emails

  • Data entry, document formatting and dictation work

  • Liaising with clients and suppliers

  • General office administration

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, architectural or surveying industry will be highly regarded
