The Opportunity
 
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Head of Production to lead a fast-paced, high-volume food production environment supporting retail, catering, delivery, and wholesale channels.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of production operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the business continues to grow.

Day to day you will manage a team of 10, whilst ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved in Production & Operations, Food Safety & Inventory Control, and Leadership & Team Development.

You will be balanced between playing a hands on role in the central kitchen to cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
  
  
  
The Candidate

  • Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments is desirable, but not essential
  • Experienced in menu development or product R&D is essential
  • Proven leadership experience in large-scale kitchen or production environments  
  • Deep understanding of food safety and compliance systems  
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, Production Manager or Catering Manager is essential
