The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion, digital marketing, and brand storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Owner, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives across digital channels, helping to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and online growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & Website Coordination

  • Coordinate and execute homepage updates, seasonal launches, and promotional refreshes.

  • Manage and maintain the online lookbook, ensuring new collections and product drops are accurately represented.

  • Assist with website content updates, merchandising, and ongoing site maintenance.

  • Monitor website performance and customer behaviour using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Support the development and delivery of seasonal marketing calendars and promotional activities.

  • Content & Communications

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

  • Reporting & Administration

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives through data-driven marketing activities.

  • Coordinate marketing assets and materials across the business as required.
