About the role
Based in Melbourne CBD, this dual Property Manager / BDM role suits someone who's equally comfortable managing a portfolio as they are knocking on doors for new business. You'll take ownership of our small portfolio of permanent rental properties within the CBD building while actively prospecting and winning new clients — both short-term holiday and permanent rentals — across our growing national network. With uncapped commissions, your earning potential grows every time you do.
What you'll do
Manage small portfolio of permanent rental properties within our Melbourne CBD building, delivering outstanding landlord and tenant experiences
Prospect, pitch, and win new short-term holiday and permanent rental managements — earning uncapped commission on every new management you bring on
Conduct routine inspections, manage lease renewals, and coordinate maintenance through our in-house facilities management team
Process tenancy applications, conduct reference checks, and manage smooth end-of-tenancy transitions
Ensure full compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (Victoria) and all relevant legislation
Build referral relationships with investors, developers, and owner-occupiers within and around our CBD building
About you
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (Victoria) — essential
Experience in residential property management — CBD apartment or high-density building experience highly regarded
A natural relationship-builder and self-starter with a hunger to win new business
Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and VCAT processes
Proficient with REI Cloud or similar property management software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
What we offer
$80,000 base salary + uncapped commissions per new management
