We are looking for two full-time production assistants for Alpha Trophies Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble trophies, plaques and rubber stamps according to customer specifications

  • Operate engraving machinery to personalise trophies and awards and rubber stamps.

  • Assemble stamps according to customer specifications

  • Pack orders

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in-person and over the phone

  • Maintaining a tidy and organised workshop and showroom

  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed

  • Supporting the wider team with any other tasks as required

About you:

  • Full working rights

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a factory

  • Previous experience in a similar production role is required

  • Basic knowledge of computers/printing

  • Ability to lift up to 20kgs

  • Ability to stand for the whole shift

  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts whilst standing for extended periods

  • Work well under pressure

  • Ability to meet deadlines
