Our Focus both Short and Long Term, in our Outbound Sales-Marketing office, and Technical Sales Hub, is helping grow key Industries from within the growing Outbound calling Business Development Team; helping Establish and Grow our Inbound/Outbound Sales & Service. Central to this is the right Person to represent our Product and Brand to Key Blue Chip Process Companies in Food, Dairy and Beverage, Mining, General Industrial & Government, from a modern office environment. You may not have worked exactly in these fields, but having Sales or Technical Outbound Sales Experience and Customer Care Phone backgrounds, could make you a perfect fit!
This New role will require a person with Drive and Vision, with Excellent B2B Customer Relations and Outbound Phone Sales Management Skills and the ability to learn new Technical Concepts and how these may relate to and solve End User client Process Problems. An Energetic and Organised Individual, not afraid of trying new skills, new directions, wanting the reward that comes with effort.

You must be comfortable at all levels of selling and presentation over the phone, from Cold and Warm Sales Leads, via Phone & Email, to clients based in the Board room, and on the Factory floor … If you are a Talented B2B Business Developer, a great communicator that can easily create a rapport with customers old and new, who can find, nurture and close deals; all the while giving exceptional customer service and has a vision for the future; then we have the position delivering growth and autonomy.
Critical will be your ability to understand our products and their market applications; reaching out to customers from within the office and of course prospective customers; and potential end users. Working both with our Regional Group Sales Managers and Marketing Team, and from our CRM and importantly via using other technology such as the Internet & Social Media. Using your exceptional drive & communication skills (verbal and written), computer presentations and ability to craft arguments & business cases, with proficiency in Microsoft Sales Suites. This in office on site position, is for those with forward thinking, invested in the Long Term and expecting reward & commitment in return, that has drive and a sense of responsibility, familiar with Process Industries or Technical Sales Concepts.
It is Essential for this role, that you have the right to work full time in Australia without Sponsorship and are ready to start quickly to avoid missing out on this Unique Opportunity.
You must have Bi Lingual Mandarin-English Fluency & Communication Skills; proven Outbound Sales Methodology and B2B Sales skills and preferably has worked with Technical or Engineering type Products. This role involves Growing Sales and Market presence, building existing customers and markets. You will be working with and assisting Senior Sales-Marketing Team to formulate Campaigns, product and Lapsed customer connection, all while working toward KPI and Sales Targets.
This role is perfect for both B2B Internal Sales BD, with at least 2 to 5 years B2B Sales Development or an energetic Junior Sales Team member looking take on more challenges with Sales Growth experience; that is looking for that Opportunity to take on further Sales role opportunities.
