Job Description
As an L&D Specialist (Digital Design), you will create engaging learning experiences that help our Claims teams adapt, grow and deliver with confidence through transformation. By turning complex change into clear, practical learning, including support for Claims Reimagined and new AI tools, this role builds capability where it matters most. Working across teams and with stakeholders, you will help TAL strengthen how we support our people so they can continue delivering care, confidence and security to Australians when they need it most
