We are seeking a passionate Positive Behaviour Support - Quality Compliance Clinician (Proficient/ Specialist/ Advanced level) looking to step into a full time Quality Compliance position. You will be responsible for contributing to reviews and compliance with evidence based practice and reporting within the positive Behaviour support space.

About your new role

  • Complete delegated report reviews and clinical audits in line with business protocols.
  • Proactively manage the NDIS Submissions Portal Review and notify clinicians of findings.
  • Proactively feed trends from the NDIS Submissions Portal Review into the QA Lead and Clinical Leads.
  • review and evaluation of non-restrictive practice documentation.
  • Provide confirmation of clinical governance including but not limited to: feedback regarding human rights and person centred approach to PBS.
  • Track and monitor timelines within the NDIS PBS space.
  • Support and analysis of clinical interventions in line with evidence based practice.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to focus on quality, impact and clinical excellence in a dedicated non-client-facing role, with no client-facing KPI targets.
  • Lead through influence—guide clinical quality and support others, without direct staff management responsibilities.
Qualifications

About you

  • You are passionate about making a difference!
  • You are a Proficient/ Advanced/Specialist practitioner, per the NDIS Capability Framework, with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.
  • You have tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS.
  • Sound understanding of NDIS legislation in relation to positive behaviour support and restrictive practices.
  • Experience providing QA support, reviewing plans and sign off.
  • You embody Better Rehab’s values.
  • You can provide evidence of relevant registrations.
