About the role

Reporting to the Head of DC Operations, you'll lead end-to-end operations of a complex healthcare distribution centre in Melbourne's south-east. Leading a team through a Team Leader structure, you'll be accountable for safety, compliance, operational performance and continuous improvement across a regulated, high-accuracy environment.

What you'll need

• 5+ years' senior leadership in FMCG, 3PL, Retail or healthcare/pharmaceutical distribution

• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge — labour planning, cost management and IR

• Proven track record designing and implementing processes in complex, regulated environments

• Safety leadership — WHS, risk management and audit readiness

• Ability to develop high-performance teams and lead through change

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Tier 1 WMS experience advantageous
