About the OpportunityWasteflex is seeking a driven and commercially focused National Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth across our Managed Services division.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Business Development, this role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong hunter mentality and proven success in securing new business opportunities within the waste, recycling, or related industries.
You will play a key role in expanding our national footprint by identifying and converting strategic opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, and contributing to the overall profitability and growth of the business.
Offering a high level of autonomy alongside the support of an experienced leadership team, the role is well suited to a driven business development professional looking to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
