Responsibilities

The role of Retail & eCommerce Lead purpose is to lead key retail and ecommerce operations within the Merchandise & Licensing team. This role is also responsible for:

• Product procurement and inventory management
• On-site retail operations
• Match day and event retail operations
• Backend retail operations including invoicing, stocktakes and 3PL logistics
• Assisting with specialty programs such as signing sessions, photo shoots and major club campaigns
• Social media platforms and marketing opportunities

Skills And Experience

• 3 years’ experience in retail and eCommerce roles
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics software and or similar retail management system
• Intermediate knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Big Commerce etc.)
• Basic Microsoft office and Adobe suite knowledge
• Basic social media skills
• Experience with visual merchandising and display
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lead others and work cohesively
