What’s the role?
This is your chance to shape the next chapter of growth for Westpac’s Global Transaction Services business. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on opening doors to new institutional clients and turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships that really matter.
You’ll be part of the Client Engagement Extended Leadership team, working alongside experienced relationship managers and product specialists to design smart, practical transaction banking solutions. From first conversation to signed deal, you’ll lead the full sales journey, backed by market‑leading payments and liquidity capabilities.
This is a full‑time role based in Melbourne , offering the opportunity to lead strategic business development across Corporate Australia.
You’ll balance autonomy with collaboration, using disciplined pipeline management while staying curious about what clients need next. Most of all, you’ll have the space to build relationships, think strategically and see the impact of your work every day.
