Our client is a leading professional services organisation who are seeking an experienced digital leader to drive a significant enterprise-wide transformation agenda across digital experience, marketing technology, customer engagement and customer journey capability. This newly created leadership role has been established to shape the future direction of the organisation's digital ecosystem, ensuring technology investments, customer experience initiatives and digital channels work together to support long-term growth and organisational objectives. With executive sponsorship, substantial investment and a clear mandate for change, this represents a unique opportunity to influence strategy, operating model design and capability development within a highly respected and complex organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the senior marketing leadership team, this role will lead the development and execution of a multi-year digital transformation strategy spanning digital experience, customer journeys, CRM, marketing technology and emerging digital capabilities. A key focus will be guiding the organisation through a significant Adobe Experience Cloud transformation while establishing a future-state vision for digital engagement, personalisation and customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy.
  • Leading the adoption and optimisation of Adobe Experience Cloud and associated marketing technology platforms.
  • Defining the future digital experience strategy, including website transformation, customer journey design and digital engagement frameworks.
  • Elevating customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing and personalisation capabilities.
  • Partnering with technology, operations, data and marketing teams to establish scalable digital and customer experience capabilities.
  • Assessing current operating models and identifying opportunities to improve capability, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building business cases, securing stakeholder alignment and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Introducing innovative thinking across digital experience, artificial intelligence, automation and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Developing strong relationships with global stakeholders and leveraging international best practice to inform local strategy.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking an established digital transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide change programs. The successful candidate will likely bring 15+ years of experience from financial services, professional services or similarly complex B2B environments, with a proven track record leading large-scale digital, customer or martech transformation programs.

  • Enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Customer journey design and lifecycle marketing.
  • CRM strategy, marketing automation and customer engagement.
  • Website and digital experience transformation.
  • Data-driven marketing, personalisation and optimisation.
  • Operating model design and capability development.
  • Executive stakeholder engagement and business case development.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and possess the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment.

Equally important is the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge existing assumptions and bring a clear perspective on the future of digital engagement and customer experience.
