The OpportunityReporting to the senior marketing leadership team, this role will lead the development and execution of a multi-year digital transformation strategy spanning digital experience, customer journeys, CRM, marketing technology and emerging digital capabilities. A key focus will be guiding the organisation through a significant Adobe Experience Cloud transformation while establishing a future-state vision for digital engagement, personalisation and customer lifecycle management.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an established digital transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide change programs. The successful candidate will likely bring 15+ years of experience from financial services, professional services or similarly complex B2B environments, with a proven track record leading large-scale digital, customer or martech transformation programs.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and possess the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment.
Equally important is the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge existing assumptions and bring a clear perspective on the future of digital engagement and customer experience.
