Field-Based | B2B Sales Working within our Washrooms Division Covering the Doncaster area (must be based local to area)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create, develop, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned to company objectives
  • Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across diverse sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Upsell and merchandise into existing accounts to drive long-term growth
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Complete and submit competitive tender opportunities
  • Maintain accurate reporting (Excel proficiency essential)
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent, demonstrable success in B2B sales
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Confident, professional, and credible communicator
  • Self-motivated and driven, with ambition to exceed targets
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Competent in Excel and structured reporting
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Someone who embodies Agility, Respect, Passion, and Excellence
