About The RoleYou will deliver a centralised Business Concierge service that supports businesses to establish, grow and invest in Monash. Acting as a key liaison between business and Council, you will navigate regulatory complexity, coordinate internal expertise and deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about supporting business and delivering positive local economic outcomes.
Experience in economic development or business-facing regulatory environments, ideally within local government. This role is suited to both economic development professionals or candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas - Planning, Building, Environmental Health or Community Laws.
