About the RoleWe’re looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Graduate to join our face-to-face sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build strong commercial and communication skills.
You’ll represent our brand in-person — speaking directly with customers, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and driving new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in-person across events, retail locations, and business sites.
- Confidently present products/services and tailor your pitch to different audiences.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct interaction.
- Build rapport quickly and create positive in-person customer experiences.
- Convert prospects into new customers and meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Support brand promotions and campaigns at pop-ups, activations, and on-site events.
- Track leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Gather real-time customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
