Join Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy business and take ownership of a critical leadership role driving channel growth, partner performance, and transactional sales across the Pacific Zone. This is a high-impact position where you’ll influence strategy, execution, and market expansion across both Digital Buildings and Digital Power.
The OpportunityThis role sits at the centre of Schneider Electric’s growth strategy—leading the development and performance of a scalable, high-impact partner ecosystem across ANZ.
You’ll drive channel expansion, enablement, and commercial outcomes while also owning transactional sales performance across Digital Power and Digital Buildings. In addition, you will be accountable for establishing strong strategy and operating cadence across New Zealand to drive consistent performance and growth.
With strong executive visibility, this role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable commercial growth across multiple routes to market.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou’re an experienced channel or partner sales leader with a strong track record of building and scaling ecosystems in complex markets.
