The OpportunityOur four Directors lead the strategic, operational, and growth aspects of the agency, each bringing expertise across sales, property management, marketing, and business development. They are hands-on leaders, actively involved with clients, community initiatives, and key industry networks. With the agency continuing to expand and a major rebrand underway, their schedules are busier than ever!
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Business and Administration Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Directors while also supporting the wider business, playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
What We OfferThis is a part time role, to work across all 5 days (M-F), with hours to suit your needs… However, we will need a level of flexibility as well!

5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within the real estate, property, or professional services industry
Exceptional organisation skills and be adept at keeping your exec focused on the priorities
Excellent communication skills including good professional writing skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong computer literacy and comfortable with software and systems
Well honed interpersonal skills
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors and HR Manager, coordinating meetings, agendas, reports, and general operations.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes — including IT setup, system access, business cards, fobs, and staff announcements.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, and training bookings for Directors, Partners, and sales teams.
Lead planning and delivery of key staff and corporate events such as Kick Off Day, Mid-Year celebrations, and Christmas functions.
Maintain and oversee administrative systems and platforms, including Employment Hero, Keeper, and 3CX.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture through staff recognition, anniversaries, gifts, and team engagement activities.
