About the Role

  • Follow up with the design team regarding artwork progress

  • Liaise with clients throughout all project stages

  • Coordinate with production on manufactured components and timelines

  • Manage permits, SWMS, and other safety requirements for installations

  • Coordinate project completion packs and invoicing post-installation

  • Assist with finance claims and invoice processing

  • Learn and support construction and installation processes

About You

  • Experience in signage or a related industry (highly regarded)

  • Construction industry exposure is advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and project/cost management systems

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

  • Positive, friendly, and proactive approach

  • Ability to work to deadlines and deliver successful project outcomes
