Are you a driven, relationship focused Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business?
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high performing Property Management team in Reservoir and take ownership of growth across Melbourne's inner north.
This is a true growth role and is ideal for someone who loves prospecting, building networks and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.
About the Role
As our BDM for property management, you will:
Convert warm leads from our Sales team into new management listings (strong pipeline)
Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referral relationships
Actively grow both the business' and your presence across the inner north
Build strong, long-term relationships with property investors
Be front of mind when rental providers are choosing who to trust with one of their biggest investments
Maintain a consistent pipeline and drive results through disciplined follow-up
You won't be sitting behind a desk. This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable in face-to-face interactions and motivated by performance.
What We're Looking For
Current Real Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role
Demonstrated success converting leads into management listings
Residential real estate experience (Property Management experience highly regarded)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
A self-starter mindset with high personal accountability
