WHAT'S ON OFFER:
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with builders and contractors across Victoria.

• Competitive base salary of $90,000 – $110,000 + Super + Car/Allowance + Commission (depending on experience)
• Generous commission structure based on sales performance and account growth
• Fully maintained company vehicle, plus laptop and work phone

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
This role is focused on strengthening market presence across Victoria's flooring supply sector, managing existing accounts while driving new business growth.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of builder and contractor accounts across Victoria
• Drive new business acquisition and deepen relationships with existing residential and commercial clients
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice across hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet and tile solutions

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
The successful candidate will be a driven, commercially minded sales professional with a solid background in construction supply and a genuine passion for the flooring industry.

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally within flooring or broader building materials
• Experience working with residential and/or commercial builders and contractors in Victoria
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clear focus on relationship-building
