About the role

The Sales Representative role is designed for individuals who are proactive and eager to develop their sales capabilities. This position primarily involves outbound sales activities, providing a platform for candidates to engage with clients and create demand for fire safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and secure meetings.
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients after initial contact.
- Utilize provided resources to identify and approach potential clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve outreach efforts.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong capability in outbound sales and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a teachable attitude.
- Willingness to travel strategically across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
