About the Role
  
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid IT environment for approximately 400 users. This hands-on role will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity support, and user support across a Microsoft centric environment.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support and incident resolution.
  • Support NetSuite, Box, and other business-critical applications.
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure, backups, patching, and system performance.
  • Assist with cybersecurity operations, including Sophos MDR, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.
Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and endpoint management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Box, Sophos, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

  • MD-102 (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator)
  • AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
  • SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • ITIL Foundation
