What You’ll Be Doing:   

As a Production Leader at our Merrifield site, you will empower high-performing teams to safely and efficiently deliver production outcomes in a highly automated environment. You will play a pivotal role in enabling your team to succeed by ensuring they have the right resources, coaching, and leadership support.

With a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, guiding team-based problem solving and driving impactful operational enhancements. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a people-centric environment and is motivated to run the business as if it were their own, contributing to long-term growth and innovation.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, able to motivate, coach, and influence teams to achieve performance outcomes
  • Has a proactive, hands-on approach, confidently stepping in to support operations and solve problems in real time
  • Brings solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Is highly process-oriented, with attention to detail and the ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures
  • Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and contributes positively to a collaborative, safety-first culture
