The Role

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of your assigned categories—developing new product ranges, growing existing ones, and managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies, monitor market competitiveness, and provide essential technical support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Lead the strategic development of assigned categories, ensuring alignment with industry standards, customer demands, and profitability targets.

• Lifecycle & Pricing Management: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive price point adjustments and product enhancements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive innovation, maximise product visibility, and execute market penetration strategies.

• Data & Catalogue Management: Maintain internal and external customer e-Catalogues to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data.

• Technical Support & Training: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide technical support to internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), and deliver product training.

• Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and address evolving market needs.
