About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager/Account Manager to join our Truganina team, and supporting the North & West region in Victoria.

If you are a natural hunter who thrives on finding and winning new business, we want to hear from you. This role is for someone who is out in the market, building a pipeline and converting opportunities into results.

If you are enthusiastic and passionate about creating new business opportunities and offering value-added solutions to exceed customer expectations, this role will provide you with the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills, work with a great team of professionals and build a long-term and rewarding career in the HVAC industry.

What You'll Do

  • Increase the sales volume in designated regions of Victoria.
  • Maintains regular service to customers in a nominated geographical area or district to achieve set sales targets.
  • Promotes the marketing of Polyaire products/services, developing new customers through the application of selling skills.
  • With the use of CRM, prepares regular reports on business calls and related activities including complaints, questions in regard with products and sales trends for analysis by management.
  • Informs customers of new products and price movements and maintains contact to suit their requirements in stock control and reordering.
  • Ascertains competitor activity and other relevant information and reports this to management.
  • Puts technical knowledge to use in preparing quotations for customer base in accordance with sales and pricing policy.
  • Provides technical information and advice regarding the nature and performance of Polyaire products.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Sales and Account Management experience
  • Completion of a basic sales qualifications combined with good commercial knowledge of the products/services
  • Capable of identifying sales opportunities
  • Managing and retaining relationships with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills with stakeholders
  • Goals and result oriented and with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Well organised and professional in driving quality customer experience and sales outcomes
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
