ReelWork is growing quickly and we are looking for a hands on Sales Manager and Business Development Lead to help drive the next stage of growth.
This role is a mix of leadership and direct sales. You will manage the sales team, set clear targets and keep everyone accountable, while also personally building relationships, winning new business and closing key accounts.
What you will be doing• Managing and motivating the sales team
• Setting weekly targets and reviewing performance
• Personally prospecting and closing new business
• Building relationships with hospitality, retail and larger business groups
• Improving sales processes, follow up and CRM activity
• Working closely with the founder, marketing and operations teams
• Helping recruit and grow the sales team
What we are looking for• Strong sales and business development experience
• Proven ability to close
• Experience managing or leading salespeople
• Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
• Highly accountable, organised and results focused
• Someone who leads from the front and moves quickly
Experience in SaaS, recruitment, hospitality or retail would be valuable, but proven sales ability matters most.
