Position: Production worker

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to support our

operations at our Dandenong facility. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who

enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assisting with the production and packing of smallgoods.

 Firing up and monitoring smokehouses

 Sausage making, trimming and netting hams.

 Taste testing and contributing your ideas.

 Monitoring quality, batching and labelling goods

 Working effectively within a team to meet daily targets.

 Providing excellent service and support to customers when required.

About You:

 A passion for quality food.

 Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

 Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

 Ability to work on your feet and lift moderate weights.

 Previous experience in food production, warehousing, or logistics (preferred

but not essential).

 A positive attitude and commitment to quality.
