We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across a major Australian healthcare, retail and distribution business.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can quickly understand the landscape, bring people together, control the detail and drive outcomes.
You will work across a broad technology environment including infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, stores, warehouse systems, end user technology and business platforms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading multiple IT projects from planning through to delivery
  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks, issues, vendors and stakeholders
  • Creating clear project plans, reports and delivery documentation
  • Working closely with technical teams, business leaders and external partners
  • Bringing structure, urgency and confidence to complex project environments
  • What we’re looking for
  • 10+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager
  • Strong background delivering complex technology projects
  • Experience across infrastructure, cloud, cyber, applications or enterprise systems
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong planning, governance, reporting and risk management capability
  • Practical, calm and delivery-focused approach
  • PMP, Prince2 or similar certification highly regarded

The opportunity

This is a visible 6 month contract where your work will directly support major technology change across a large, fast-moving business.
