About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and bring our brand to life across digital, social and on-site experiences.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and support the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across our hospitality offerings.

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and wider team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of marketing activities – from social media and digital campaigns to events, partnerships and PR. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to promote our hotel, venues and experiences, ensuring consistent and compelling brand storytelling.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and organisational work, and has a genuine passion for hospitality, events and content creation. This role is based on-site in Essendon Fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media channels through planning, scheduling and publishing engaging content

  • Create marketing content including copywriting, photography, video and coordination of design assets

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives across multiple channels

  • Assist with digital marketing activities and track performance, analytics and campaign outcomes

  • Coordinate marketing calendars, website updates, EDMs and promotional materials

  • Support events and activations, including on-site content capture and marketing execution

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or hospitality marketing

  • Strong content creation skills including photography, reels and short-form video

  • Experience using Marketing and Graphic Designing Programs e.g. Canva and Adobe Creative

  • Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign management

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands

  • Passion for hospitality, food and customer experience

  • Flexible availability to capture content during venue service, events and launches
