Who We Are

This role supports two innovative businesses within the Amotiv Group – Injectronics and Infinitev.

Injectronics is a leading Australian provider of automotive electronics and mechatronic component repair and remanufacturing solutions, supporting customers across the automotive aftermarket with high-quality, cost-effective alternatives to replacement.

Infinitev is powering the future of mobility through advanced electric and hybrid vehicle battery solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Specialising in EV battery repair, remanufacturing, energy storage, and recycling, Infinitev is helping extend battery life and support a more sustainable automotive future.

Backed by Amotiv Limited, an Australian automotive aftermarket group with more than 40 years of industry experience, Injectronics and Infinitev combine technical expertise, innovation, and sustainability to deliver solutions for automotive manufacturers, dealers, repairers, fleet operators, and the broader aftermarket sector.

Together, we're helping drive the transition to smarter, more sustainable mobility while solving some of the automotive industry's most complex technical challenges.

About the opportunity

The Marketing & Insights Lead will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-led marketing strategies and commercial insight. This is more than a traditional marketing role – we're looking for someone who can analyse customer behaviour, market trends, sales performance, and digital data to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and deliver measurable results.

Working closely with sales, product, and operational teams, you'll use data and market intelligence to shape marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate demand, improve customer engagement, and support revenue growth. A strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket, EV, or broader automotive industry will be highly valued.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Conduct market research and analyse customer, industry, and competitor trends to inform marketing activity.

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve results and ROI.

  • Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches across digital, print, and industry channels.

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content creation.

  • Identify cross-promotional opportunities to maximise marketing investment and campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing activity with business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Track KPIs, manage budgets, and provide performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors.

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing plans, campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and market insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and improve ROI.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data, customer insights, and market trends into effective marketing initiatives and commercial recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, lead generation, SEO, and website management.

  • Experience managing websites and content platforms such as Shopify and/or WordPress, with proficiency in Canva, photo editing software, and marketing content creation tools. Knowledge of Figma would be highly regarded.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging customer-focused content while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Commercially minded and highly organised, with strong project management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

What’s in it for you?

We are doing some great things, and our people are at the heart of all that we do. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference through your partnership with stakeholders and by putting in place the initiatives that will underpin and enable the continued success of our business.

  • Exposure and Experience: A chance to work across a group of businesses that are at the forefront of their industry and technology

  • Benefits and Entitlements: Competitive salary and employee benefits, including staff discounts and employee assistance programs.

  • Balance: It's okay to leave for those moments that matter but be there and present when work needs to get done.

  • Fun and Fitness: We are competitive in a fun way, especially when it comes to health and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Professional Development and Growth: You can go outside of your lane, learn, and be involved – making the job your own.

  • Team Spirit: We work hard and we do it as a team – high energy, love a laugh, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
