As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for an experienced and industry-connected business development professional to help identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand Neo's market presence.
This Is Not A Typical Sales RoleWe are not looking for someone to manage inbound enquiries.
We are looking for someone who can create opportunities.
You will work directly with Neo's leadership team to identify growth markets, develop strategic relationships and help shape the future direction of the business.
This role combines business development, market development and strategic growth.

You have built trusted industry relationships and know how to engage executives, operational leaders, procurement teams and technical stakeholders.
You understand complex buying environments and have a track record of converting relationships into commercial outcomes.
Existing relationships within Retail, Government, Healthcare, Security, Transport, Mining or Enterprise Technology will be highly regarded.
What You'll DoDevelop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Build executive-level relationships across target industries
Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award
Identify and develop new markets and growth initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop customer solutions
Represent Neo at industry events and customer engagements
Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline
Proven success in business development or enterprise sales
Experience selling complex technology or integrated solutions
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to create and convert new opportunities
Industry relationships within Neo's target sectors
Experience with government tenders and procurement
Systems integration or enterprise technology experience
Background in automation, self-service, software, security or infrastructure solutions
Direct access to executive leadership
